Sunac China: Morgan Stanley agreed to place 158 million Sunac Services shares at HK$1,475 per share on a full underwriting basis. The total proceeds from the placement of Sunac Services shares were approximately HK$2,331 million, equivalent to a contract value of US$299 million. Mr. Sun Hongbin, the controlling shareholder of the company and chairman of the board of directors, also provided US$450 million of his own capital for use by the Group to support the Group's business development.
