Tesla bulls would rather be talking about a variety of other items, however. Analyst estimates have been on the rise lately, especially on the bottom line, after the company smashed Q3 estimates as I predicted it would. We are now halfway through the final quarter of the year, a period where Tesla is expected to produce its first Model Y vehicles from two new factories, one in the Berlin, Germany area, and another in Austin, Texas. While these new facilities will add several hundred thousand units of new production in the coming quarters, deliveries won't be seen in the current quarter according to management.
JDQQ : << in just eight trading days, the electric vehicle maker lost $266 Billion in market cap from its recent all-time high to its low point on Monday. >>
So? In the previous 8 days, Tesla had added $500 Billion to its cap - the greatest one week appreciation in the history of capital markets. Naturally, some profit-taking followed. But in just the past two days, Tesla has gained $100 Billion of the lost $266 Billion back and the trend is upward once again. $25 Billion in TSLA shares are traded every day, so the minuscule amount Musk sold would not have been noticeable without his tweets.
BSqueen : NIO is a total Steal here I believe
Kennyhot : What a buying opportunity if you have a long term mindset. Ark Invest price target is 3k stock by 2025 is conservative IMO
Arigato Investor BSqueen : Absolutely!
Vais Bargoroth : He doesn’t give a shit and it doesn’t matter nothing will stop Tesla and never bet against Elon.
Zim Hen BSqueen : I would second your sentiment in this regard. This will bear out as fact in the not-too-distant future, and investors will be left to reconcile their actions or lack thereof.
Best,
TK soar : Dribs and drabs.
YYYoung : Super Long NIO!
Puppy li : I couldn't give two hoots about Elon selling shares. The bears keep getting caught up in the noise, and miss the actual game. This is nothing but a minor temporary side show.
fuga : My play on Tesla is generally positive and I hope it continues to up for another 5 years.
Stocks are overvalued though so a general correction will bring Tesla down with it no matter how strong the fundamentals look.
