bantang 101827441 : NIO announced today that it has completed the previously announced market offering (“Market Offer”) of American Depositary Shares (“ADS”), each of which represents one Class A common share of the Company. Through the market sale, the Company has sold 53,292,401 American Depositary Receipts and raised a total revenue of $2 billion, net of approximately $26 million in commissions paid to distribution agents and certain issuance fees. The Company currently plans to use the net proceeds from the market price sale to further strengthen its balance sheet and for general corporate purposes.
