Modern people always say they are busy, staying up late, and lack of exercise, which leads to many chronic diseases. So, I take advantage of the weekends, non-trading days, and go for a run 🏃. I try to run 10km or 10,000 steps. Many doctors recommend taking 10,000 steps every day if possible.
Running 🏃 can help us relieve stress and regulate our mood. If you don't want to waste a beautiful weekend or non-trading day, go for a good run!
