rabitter : Bro, can you analyze the next trend?
Huat goldfish OP rabitter : Bro for Lendlease very little left to analyse. Based on current assets, assuming Covid continues and no Tourism, then just abit more room to rise when they give more dividends near year from JEM. If tourism comes back, 1 dollars as estimated by some analysts is very possible -- considering this is a retail reit and a strong one. Strong retail reits yield can be as Low as 3-4 percent only precovid (Higher price means lower yield).
Huat goldfish OP rabitter : That's for the near term. If for the long term u are looking for a Reit that wants to grow (I'm quoting Kelvin chow from his webinar today. He said LL plans to grow and sounds like they have eyes on SG based assets; I'm guessing PLQ and parkway after JEM) then this reit is one of them.
101655953 : Wow good insider news! Thanks!!
Huat goldfish OP 101655953 : Sure. Btw my view is to "Hold" if you already have some. They are expanding.
rabitter Huat goldfish OP : Professional analysis! I am thinking about whether this is a value investment
