That's for the near term. If for the long term u are looking for a Reit that wants to grow (I'm quoting Kelvin chow from his webinar today. He said LL plans to grow and sounds like they have eyes on SG based assets; I'm guessing PLQ and parkway after JEM) then this reit is one of them.
