Amazon Growth
$Amazon (AMZN.US)$ Amazon’s business lines are thriving whether AWS, its higher-margin business segment, logistics segment, or its advertising business which grew to ~$8B at ~50% YoY in Q3. Amazon’s revenue is expected to rise by ~12.35% annually through 2030, per moomoo earnings estimates.
Amazon’s online marketplace continues to be a strength for Amazon while it continues to invest in other areas, such as financial technology and logistics to drive down costs which leads to lower prices and better customer experiences. As AWS continues to absorb market share while Amazon invests in lowering costs to fuel future growth, I anticipate Amazon will build new verticals and continue to increase its profits, especially as Amazon looks to get into payments and embedded finance.
For a more detailed analysis of Amazon’s financials, I recommend reading my partner Ahan Vashi's analysis of Amazon’s Q3 earnings results in "The Perennial Growth Machine Hits A Snag".

Austin ONeill : Nice chart on the revenue breakdown. the 2021 chart will show that service revenues exceeded product revenues. The market hasn't realized that AMZN is becoming a service company.
Wyatt lincoln : My hot take is Amazon will start taking Bitcoin as another leverage point vs Visa/MC. Paypal already has infrastructure, although they could build it into Amazon Pay.
Sacai Luis : I believe you are completely wrong, is you understand how Amazon pay works you will realize that your current Visa or Mastercard credit card will be used when checking out of you want to use them
Rann New Sacai Luis : He does NOT say otherwise.
sPhCqxPcWZ Sacai Luis : You can also give Amazon access to your bank account. They will then take the money straight from your account whenever you buy something or when you use Amazon Pay elsewhere. This should be the best setup for Amazon as they eliminate the credit card fees entirely.
I3kmETh4aA sPhCqxPcWZ : 1) that’s is the same as paying cash, so no financing possibility 2) not sure in Europe but at least in the Americas credit card gives you reward between 1% and 2% so why would you pay cash and no rewards???
Happymoooooo I3kmETh4aA : Completely agree. The author thinks somehow the transactions will be processed without a network (aka, V and MA). There are so many misconception abound. BTW, V and MA's GMV is around 13T.
4W7smhOHmW sPhCqxPcWZ : but not the best setup for you, because cc can give you additional perks like cash back, miles etc
