Time to recover

$Fiserv (FISV.US)$ $PayPal (PYPL.US)$ Just look at the insiders buying. I think fintech and payment stocks like $Visa (V.US)$ $MasterCard (MA.US)$ $Block (SQ.US)$ have turned the corner. Some of them are near 52wks low.. very good value. Just ride in when insiders make big purchase. They know their own company value best.
