Are there any good CMBS (Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities) stocks/mreits out there?

$Ishares Cmbs Bond Etf (CMBS.US)$ Shares with some growth and high yield.

The economy seems to be in an interesting place. We went through a "stand still" period and things are slowly picking up. Supply chains are back-logged and we're dealing with a "labor shortage." We might go through an energy transition which includes refurbishing and reshaping almost every industry including real estate. And this is all on top of the infrastructure bill.

Even if these companies are flushed with cash they'll probably still finance a lot of projects.
