EXPI is a hit or miss. Q1 earnings were pretty bad while Zillow was showing growth. The following earnings were good.

Zillow and Redfin apparently expect a drawback on real estate value in 2022 so that might be why EXPI won't go up. There's no positive answer here, only what you think of the company and if you believe in it. But even if you do, consider the opportunity cost and if your money can be better allocated somewhere else.
