Circuit breaker means that the price has risen too fast or goes down too fast and there will be an emergency brake. Personally I don’t like circuit breaker cause usually once circuit breaker steps in, the price will go down….

I’m not too sure if it will go up. By right all vaccine stocks Shld be going up but cause of FDA news, Ocugen just plummeted like crazy. However I still feel that Ocugen still has prospects. We need to be patient now. Just see the price up and down n stay calm. Don’t get too panic. Be calm
