Chief Commercial officer got the boot?

$Zomedica(ZOM.US)$  I'm just pulling this straight from the announcement section under the news tab.  Im not fully up on my corporate jargon, but if you read in-between the lines it looks like Mr. Herbst got canned, wonder what that's all about, hmmmm....
