Most active stock options for Nov 30: PFE or MRNA? Who will win the vaccine race

$Pfizer (PFE.US)$ shares climbed 6.1% Friday, during a shortened trading day, and were up another 2.3% early on Monday. $BioNTech (BNTX.US)$ American depositary receipt jumped 14.2% Friday and gained 6.6% Monday. $Moderna (MRNA.US)$ shares surged 13% on Monday, building on a gain of 20.6% Friday.
Other than Moderna, $Johnson & Johnson (JNJ.US)$ is pursuing a COVID-19 vaccine that would target the new Omicron variant. The company added it would "rapidly progress it into clinical studies if needed."
$Twitter (Delisted) (TWTR.US)$ jumped as high as 11% this morning but closed down 2.7% on a momentous day for the company - suggesting that investors see changing CEOs from founder Jack Dorsey may not be the panacea for the company that early action suggested.
