I think the worst is over.. maybe a little clean up left, like the recent 78k fine.. Jack Ma has quiet down and Alibaba is willing to work w the gov in making the commoners richer.. that will in turn make the country stronger and wealthier. Good for business.. I see hope haha..

I share the same thought as yours, its a short term pain for long term growth. And frankly any gov would have wanted to do the same if tech company go rogue. Just that this time round is China gov who is willing to exercise that power. Despite gov pressure Alibaba fundamental is still strong. The only thing to worry is US-China relation

nothing to worry about the us-china relationship.. baba main business is in China.. china cloud business will grow bigger.. this time they join the gov to to save debt ridden Tsinghua Unigroup.. it will be the biggest sign that the worst is over w the gov..
