pennypincher : borrowing doesn't surprise me it's the returned shares. like where are they getting them from? they are not borrowing them and not shorting the market with them and they sure as hell are not covering.

Tanya C OP Tanya C OP : also we had dropped down into the 30s% in dark pool trades and I just saw it was up into the 70s% yesterday so I imagine it's the same today. I would preach about lit exchange blah , blah blah but, it doesn't change the fact that all this new fomo buying is just making them dig deeper.  At some point this bubble has to pop, I think hedgies are just clawing away  in hopes of a catastrophe.

pennypincher Tanya C OP : the dark pool is there saving grace and that people still trade on platforms that do payment for order flow. if we as a whole got smarter in the platforms we invest on we could at least control where are shares are bought from. I figure that to be a good chunk of the dark pool volume

Tanya C OP pennypincher : I'm all for lit exchanges but in my opinion,  it's a moot point.  We can't reach the millions of people we have invested to really make that happen.  So many don't follow any AMC groups on social media
