$Salesforce (CRM.US)$ A few years ago, a certain company started to force grassroots to use Salesforce, mainly due to internal management needs rather than considering improving business performance. The result is that internal grassroots employees waste a lot of time inputting "garbage" information on Salesforce to deal with the upper management, and no one cares about how many potential customers are converted into real customers.
