A small talk on CEO sell-off

Personally, I believe that we need to examine the reason(s) why CEO or insiders of the company sell off their stocks (or buy back their stocks).

We also need to analyze if the company is still able to generate sufficient profit and there are still interests from non-insiders.

Generally, I will take a close look on the numbers of shareholders and the variety of shareholders such as sovereign wealth fund house, endowment fund house, corporate pension, family trust, government pension, traditional investment fund house and the public.
