Let's just wait for the news release from company, i think the docs n researchers are not so dumb to submit something that will deemed failure to FDA. They worked years on plinabulin just like CCXI on their Avacopan.

Butterfly_Effect OP : i am aware CRL and extension(CCXI) is a different thing, but i too read up that CRL allows for appeal. worst case scenario BYSI did not put up an appeal but in their pipeline they have FDA china approval and also 3rd phrase completed for NSCLC and other medicines,hence a CRL on their CIN is no doubt devastating but it shouldn't be a death sentence for BYSI. it's just my tots on this plummet I'm stucked too at 13.80 with nomore bullets to average down.
