$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$Teams is “just good enough”, however doesn’t hold a candle to the$Zoom Communications (ZM.US)$audio/video experience. Quality matters when 90% of daily meetings are remote. My $.02

Yeah, but Teams is well integrated with Office (now optional, but still that just means the stripped down is an onramp). That integration is the quality that matters to all of me and my clients. The voice calling is just a feature.

Teams working well with Office is hit or miss depending on the particular company's i.t. Infrastructure. I've used it in 2 companies. One was average, the other was a disaster.

Bottomline, Webex for Cisco and Teams for MSFT are essentially loss leaders to hook customers on their core offerings. So ZM is competing with a service that Cisco and MSFT (almost) give away for free. I see ZM heading much lower. Their hyper growth phase is over and they are competing against tech titans with ultra deep pockets.

Milenko GROW sky : That's a pity, if so. And I think there are enough that care about the quality of the calls that Zoom will be fine.

12 Invest : I use Zoom, Webex and Teams in my job, I actually prefer Webex the best. I don't see any advantages to Zoom at all.
