$Camber Energy(CEI.US)$ Oil and natural gas company Camber Energy (CEI) said Thursday that its unit, Viking Energy Group, has agreed to acquire a facility in Reno, Nevada, designed to produce renewable diesel.

The output capacity of the plant once operational is estimated at 43 million gallons per year, the company said.

Camber also said that the main part of the facility is 95% complete and that a pre-treatment unit under construction within the plant is 30% complete.
