R and R : the spac owner pay grab with the money from private investor
Nestegg : Spacs are blank cheque listings- they dun actually make products or own businesses...yet. with the money raised (typically 10$/share) Spacs buy up existing buisnesses which then take over the name of the Spac, and thus gets the SPacs listing on the bourse
夜神来袭 : It’s like reverse takeover. Imagine grab buy the Spac cash and shares with their own share.. then change Spac name to theirs.
