Why is SEA a rocket? because they hire the best enginners from China, they have offices in Shenzhen/Beijing/Shanghai, Chinese enginners can do 996, and their development efficiency is superb
How about Grab? they hire shit head in US, they import white trash from EU, they hire dumb PHD from local universities, and they pay them shit load, can they do 996? for sure No, do they have experience? just look at Europe internet companies, which one is good, Nokia?
China has the best enginners, Look at Tencent/Alibaba/Bytedance, their products are great, why you hire white old man from nokia and place them as head of xxx? are you out of your mind?
