Thursday， Dec 2，SEC passed the “Bill” regarding delisting，the news came out at 1 pm.
Then only 7 hrs later, 8am in the morning on Chinese side. Didi anounced delisting from NYSE.
This seems to me like a response other then coincidence.
If it is a response, i think the CCP is clear saying no information, with no fks given. I wonder what would be the next responds from SEC.🧐🧐

hgar : the law was passed last year. baba already said they can comply.. i think Didi is a special case and that's why the CCP didn't want them to IPO at all. Didi went ahead anyway

This 2021-2022 alone 15B(5b used already) usd will be used for share buy backs. not memtioning all the previous buy backs. Alibaba had been paying US investor big, whats why the ccp is not happy about. why all these fuzz? because Alibaba seen as the white gloves for Capital that taking so much profit out of the country. Chinese Citizen are not be able to invest. so they want company this profiable to due list or re-list in Chinese market.
