Follow the flow might gain a good night sleep. I think these CEO are reserving cash to maintain their premier financial strength to prepare the storm coming. We all know that it will come but don't know when. I see that they are planning ahead of time even the storm moves slow yet still coming for sure.

Birds are the best weather predictors of animals that can tell when a storm is coming. They always flying high up there just like these CEO don't them? They are the weather forecasters!

These forecasters already tell us what the weather going to be by their behaves. We need to be well prepared and follow the flow! 

Better lay up against a rainy day. Keep enough cash flow for a year or so (depends on your living style and job) at the same time don't forget look for cheap stones that will shine like a diamond after all.
