3 example of China delisted stocks that is transfered to HK
$DiDi Global (Delisted) (DIDI.US)$ I seen many people worried about what will happen to their didi share so I research and found the example for you all. China Telecom converts 1 US share to 100 HK share, while China Mobile convert 1 for 5 and China Unicom did a 1 for 10 HK shares. if you can trade in HK exchange (e.g. using moo moo) then not much issue but if you can't then probably will have to sell cause trading OTC is risky. However, do note that DiDi don't have listing in HK yet so still got some risk.

激情的达伦 : if we purchase didi at 6, and then it drop further to 5 or 4, it still consider as lost even it can convert into same value in HK. Still we do not know how Low it can go…we use to think 12 is the Low, then 10, 9, 8, 7, now 6. It’s a robbery
101578792 : if DiDi get listed late in Hongkong example next year March, will moomoo automatically change it convert it in system?
doctorpot1 OP 激情的达伦 : this will depend on what is the offer by the company already. they could swap at a price of 14 or 10 or current market price.
doctorpot1 OP 101578792 : Best to check with moo moo how they will handle this. if didi delist first. then after that list in hk and announce the swap. different broker may handle it differently
Will73 doctorpot1 OP : Pointless to ask moomoo. The actual processing method needs to wait for the announcement of the exchange or OCC. At present, it is only an announcement issued by the investor relations department at the company level.
doctorpot1 OP Will73 : I was thinking if moo moo do not support OTC and will force close your position that is good info to know. This will allow us to know what additional risk we are taking on. we already taking on market risk, currency risk, political risk, delisting risk, inflation risk, if there is another broker risk that is a lot of risk hahahhahahahaha
102711703 doctorpot1 OP : Decent will auto convert in HK shares and able to trade in moomoo but only if it is listed in HK. Privatise will be better
doctorpot1 OP 102711703 : yea hopefully the exchange offer is not far away from 14usd
