Entered into NIO, both stocks and call options. Hit the bottom of consolidation zone and strong rebound off the support of 30. Has hit the selling climax. yesterday had a small sell off from open with low volume. Which shows a lack of supply. Today pushing up again with potentially even lower volume, showing the shorts have left and buyers are left in this zone. We will be pushin up to retest 35.6 and 38.
The strong resistance is still at the 41 mark which majority of people bought there so do expect there will be tons of shorts waiting there paired together with people who bought there and got trapped on the way down. Those buyers who got trapped might be looking to exit position when it reaches near their break even point.
Lets take it a step at a time!

BeBlessed Investing 101 OP : Now I want to ask you something. When inflation is high, stock market should be down, am I correct? Why is stock futures rising so much ar?
Investing 101 OP BeBlessed : sometimes is called a spike.. ppl expect high inflation to cause stocks to fall. So they start shorting. Then MM will eat up all their stop loss by spiking it up first. Before selling off after they have all been stopped out. So have to monitor later if it continues going up or fall.
Investing 101 OP BeBlessed : so if it doesnt fall back down, means the market has already priced in the 6.8% inflation. which is the highest ever since donkey years ago.
