Mcsnacks H Tupack : I Just read thru all their paperwork and went over the charts to make sure I was right. It’s not good. The First offering was 5.75 million shares which they sold for 5.00. Then from October 27 until November 4 those were sold into the market Which made the price fall to 5.20. Then November 5 until November 18 shorts covered until it reached 4.38 when they ran Out Of short shares. Then the price ran up To 10.87 Until December 1. Then they did another offering with 5 million shares and 5 million warrants for MFing 6.25 or 3.15 for the shares and 3.10 for the warrants. This dilution caused the prIce to fall from 10.87 to 5.06 on Monday at close, When they closed the offering. Now they are Selling the 5 million into the market using MCMC with Markov chains. The variable is set to stop at 4.91. And then start again at the 5.80 range. So this is how it will trade until they run out of shares and warrants. Stupid manipulation.
