eitokun : I think delisting will not be successful. Because Min Liang Tan & partner only have 57% control of company unlike some examples in SG market such as Neo Group where founder Mr Neo and wife have whopping 82% control.
Many who bought at 3.88 IPO price are unwilling to accept 2.82.
hh488 OP eitokun : Yea. But do they have much of a choice? isn't it better to take 2.82 rather than currently 2.42 then move on. Worse, if what u said come true, price might tank further.
