Expect tougher regulations to come out for all SPACs . My thoughts are that Trump will need to form his own company (not hard now with 1.25B support) and IPO like most other startups. Ultimately making DWAC worthless.

sterlin : The only thing the SEC is going to do is continue to let the majority of the trading volume happen in darkpools which hides all the price manipulation that is happening.
The SEC is just a revolving door for the Wall St. crooks just like the FDA is for Big Pharma.
rennymc : Nobody can answer as to who the PIPE investors are of this shell company. A lot of people happily hooked them up with millions of dollars while they (whoever the investors are) sat back and raked in what you eagerly spewed, most of you unknowingly.
