Because normally $180-$200 calls is completely unaffordable but right now it’s dirt cheap and $180-$200 price range could literally be in the money tomorrow or the next day. Such a low IV drop followed by An 80% possibility of crossing Max Gamma within a couple days just doesn’t happen by accident
