Views 257K Contents 596

Fully using technical indicators

There are quite a few indicators & factors that I use before deciding to buy a stocks

1. Earnings Date.
I always avoid buying stocks that too near to earnings date. At least 2 weeks before earnings date. We couldn't predict what will happen after earnings.

2. Indicators
- Moving Average ( I use 10&100 days)
- RSI
- Bollinger Bands
- Ichimoku Clouds
- MACD
- Williams %R
- Volume check to detect distribution or accumulation phase.

Make sure above indicators all met requirements before I start to make a trading plan.

3. Money Management
I will make a trading plan before executing my trading. Normally I use 1% of my capital as my risk factor. For example: if your total capital is $10k then total risk will be $1k.

Calculate to find out how many stocks I have to purchase so in the even the market is going against my view and I have to make decisions to Stop Loss. My total loss will be only maximum $1k.

When all set?
- I got total stocks that I want to purchase.
- I know my Stop Loss
- Find l R1 R2 R3 (Target Price)

Then I'm ready to go!
