Star Institution: Using Top Buys Function
One of the biggest institution investor, Vanguard at USD 4.36T holdings.
I use this Moomoo function to look at the Top Buys of each major institution e.g. $Lucid Group(LCID.US$ $SoFi Technologies(SOFI.US$
are in the list of Vanguard Top Buys.

While the proportion is very low, it does means that there is potential for these stocks to rise in long term.
