Shanghai Shimao says it plans to sell entire property management assets and investments for 1.65 bln yuan to affiliate Shimao Services.
Shanghai Shimao: It is proposed to sell all the companies, assets, liabilities and business related to the property management business to the related party Shimao Service Holdings Co., Ltd. The transaction involves property management business and related assets and liabilities involving 29 companies, including Shimao Property Management Co., Ltd., and Beijing Maoyue Shengxin Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The transaction transfer price is RMB 1653.5 million.
