$Grab Holdings (GRAB.US)$ Grab, a unit of Southeast Asia's largest ride-hailing and delivery group, is acquiring Jaya Grocer Holdings Sdn, Malaysia's top upscale grocery chain. Grab signed an agreement with Jaya Grocer shareholders to buy all common shares and 75% preferred shares of the grocery chain for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is Grab's biggest since it bought a stake in Indonesian company Ovo earlier this year.
