Hotel bookings: Along with airline profitability, hotel bookings have also been slow to recover in 2021.
Hotel bookings vary vastly across regions. Europe has been the slowest to recover while the Middle East recovered most significantly.

Casperwolf : of course the travel sector us going to pick up compared to 2021. Economy's simply cannot afford to shut down entirely the way things did at the beginning of covid. governments are not going to stifle the economy with no clear end 8n sight. so for now its learn how to mitigate and live with the threat. proof of vaccine, boosters, masks, people will adapt, and people will travel. it will not be robust for some time. will it look good compared to 2021, yes.
