102235596 : Do you think there’ll be a dip at open? Wanna load up to average down aNd missed the PM prices
MillionBull : Why do I have this feeling you are a BOT
Trading Tradesman OP MillionBull : lol am not though
Trading Tradesman OP 102235596 : I'm hoping it doesn't dip at open. I've been
loading up near 6$ prices and am holding. I think anything is possible though. Just be ready for both directions
MillionBull Trading Tradesman OP : Vague
MillionBull : Where is this going?
Trading Tradesman OP MillionBull : looks like it really wants to move to the 11$+ goal. 8$ was hit the other day. The momentum keeps returning so I am seeing 11$ this week is probable
MillionBull Trading Tradesman OP : What does it mean if this stock has a huge short float?
Trading Tradesman OP MillionBull : that means that short sellers,(traders, both retail and hedge funds,) are borrowing shares and selling them for market price right away, expecting a downtrend. Once prices get lower short sellers will buy back shares and return them to the broker and they get to keep the difference in price as their profit. So when there is a huge short float percentage that means that a lot of the regular shares have been borrowed against. Anything above 20% short interest float ratio is considered to have a high short squeeze potential . A lot of times shortsellers can get timing wrong and if the prices of shares go up higher, they could be forced to cover the shares at a profit loss which means the prices would boost much higher. A short squeeze would boost prices a lot, because they'll be buying at higher prices than they sold for and then it triggers a chain reaction of more and more shorts being forced to cover. So when there is a high short float ratio that just means someone is looking for a short squeeze potential. Also the short fees are important to consider because it means short sellers are less likely to borrow the shares because the fees make it so the price would have to drop even more for them to reach a profit. typically when short fees are above 100% they stop borrowing and start covering. Also, when short ratio is above 30% then a squeeze is usually about to happen. BFRI has about 90% short interest and a squeeze should happen very soon.
MillionBull Trading Tradesman OP : Ok you aren’t a BOT
