Oracle is reported to be in talks to buy electronic medical records company Cerner for US$30 billion

$Oracle (ORCL.US)$ $Cerner (CERN.US)$ $Amazon (AMZN.US)$ According to the Wall Street Journal, Oracle (ORCL.N) is negotiating to purchase electronic medical records company Cerner (CERN.O), and the total value of the transaction may reach US$30 billion. Cerner cooperated with Amazon's (AMZN.O) cloud service AWS in 2019 to provide artificial intelligence services for medical companies. If Oracle’s acquisition is successful this time, it will be able to bring a large amount of health and medical data to the company to train and improve cloud services based on artificial intelligence.
