The FTC feels that Bass Pro combined with Sportsman's Warehouse might be an anticompetitive issue.

But they see no problem with
$Amazon (AMZN.US)$
or
$Microsoft (MSFT.US)$
or $Alphabet-C (GOOG.US)$ $Alphabet-A (GOOGL.US)$ lack of competition?

I think this shows just how ridiculous this agency has become.

Don't break up 3 companies that probably control 10% of the entire US economy (when combined)...but make sure one bait and tackle shop can't combine with another.
