Help for a newbie!

My app shows I have a stock waiting to be received upon completion of certain tasks, but I can find anything that tells me what tasks to complete. I just signed up, completed first deposit, received free stock rewards and Xmas gifts, but I cant figure out how to claim this task oriented $Palantir (PLTR.US)$
stock.
