it's the 2nd or 3rd most shorted stock its under 1m volume and is essentially following bfri from 3 weeks ago. there are 0 days to cover (that doesnt mean shorts have to cover it just means they keep pushing it back at a cost) and that cost to borrow is an average of around 300%. the problem you correctly noted was volume. the possible catalyst are 1.) announce news of a new more focused trial of atuzaginstat 2.) announce an update from COR 588 for P. gingivalis 3.) Pfizer buyout (low probability but I'm watching they had a small increase to own over 5%)
if any of those are announced it will signal for ETFs to increase their holdings. They are the real support and price drivers because they dont sell they eat until they're fat and happy then they sell years to decades later
iamiam OP : not bad on a red red day huh
Jamesfongmm : Which is the next best counter after BFRI?
iamiam OP Jamesfongmm : my favorite and most similar to BFRI is CRTX
Jamesfongmm iamiam OP : CRTX like no strength leh. Any insights to share?
