GraphitePencil : The holder of the July issued Warrants is choosing to exercise at the agreed upon price of 3.23. While technically this is dilution, those shares were earmarked so this isn’t creating new shares that in the float. Hard to say how this will impact the price but I can’t help but notice this seems to happen right at momentum. Warrants being exercised is usually bullish in the long term but it depends on what’s done with the shares that were exercised in the short term. NFA
