What's the biggest mistake you've made while trading?

surfingcaliforniacoa : I once invested 100k in a new ipo "the globe.com" I put everything I had into it's opening and the first day it opened it was going good so I decided to go take a shower to get ready for work and 15 minutes later it had tanked to 1/2 of my investment and just never recovered. That was the day I truly learned what the "stop loss" feature was good for!
