Great company but why?

$Futu Holdings Ltd (FUTU.US)$ I realized there's been releases of repetitive negative news on different mainstream platforms (like how the Chinese gov plans to clamp down on brokerages next) that might've caused random panic & selloffs. The news are dated way back but has been resurfacing on media platforms. Is this normal or just targeted?
