IC Insights’ latest forecast shows that 17 global semiconductor manufacturers are estimated to have revenues of more than US$10 billion this year. AMD, NXP and Analog Devices are expected to join the ranks of large suppliers with more than US$10 billion in 2021. In terms of ranking, Samsung will surpass Intel ranks first in semiconductor revenue, and TSMC ranks third with pure foundry. According to the analysis of the agency, there are 9 major suppliers headquartered in the United States, 3 in Europe, 2 each in Taiwan and South Korea, and 1 in Japan.
