What's the biggest mistake I made trading

I think the biggest mistake trading is buying into a stock ipo base off of hype. I did that with #Grab and so far I've lost a 3 of my position which made me a day 1 bag holder. It thought me that more DD and patience have to be applied before establishing a position.
