$Apple(AAPL.US)$ The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) denied a request by Apple to exclude a shareholder proposal that required apple to tell investors about its use of nondisclosure agreements and other hidden provisions. The move means that unless a deal is struck with the investor, Apple will have to vote on the proposal at next year's annual meeting.
