I look at the volume of the stock and the need for the stock then I research what makes them different then the rest. when making a long term investment your going to fail before you succeed 99% of the time but when it takes off it takes off. look at tesla for example ....what makes them different then the rest? 5hen there are the hidden gem stocks suck as the ones that make tesla cars run ,(battery...,parts) if it is something needing in making a top future stock succeed then you know that stock is going to climb as it's successor climbed
