  • HopeAlways :

  • HopeAlways : The tried-and-true stocks that have performed well through various market cycles are the familiar names  that are the foundations of any stock portfolio. Then we have the highfliers that regularly appear on many social media's popular list and have made quite a name for themselves among younger investors. But the market is filled with good stocks that have not received similar recognition. As the market is still peppered with undiscovered gems boasting cheap valuations and stable fundamentals, I am willing to consider these stocks which I have never heard of if the companies have strong growth prospects and long term growth opportunities.

  • Upncoming1841 : Yes, but only as part of day trading. Fundamentals don't matter in this case. As long as a stock is in play and the volume is heavy, I will try to ride the momentum, and buy/sell within the trading day.

  • garay HopeAlways : I agree. Many dark horses and undiscovered gems waiting to be found.

  • VCSuccess HopeAlways : No harm considering if they have a nice growth story

  • jasonleett HopeAlways : Yeah, blue chip stock are perennial performers that are good in the long term should one have the time to hold... For short term trading or swing trading, there are indeed many upcoming stock counters that offer better trading opportunities.

  • Syuee : Yes, I will.

Surprisingly, some of the best investments will be newer or unheard names that investors do not know yet. With a little more research than your usual DD, we can actually discover and profit from these new/unheard stocks, before they become household names.

Some stocks which I have never heard of initially, turn out to be better gains than the well-known ones.

Most of all, I try to understand the risks associated with such company before deciding to invest or avoid.

Firstly, I will rely on internal sources of return: earnings, income, growth in the value of assets to assess the company that I have not heard of.

Some of these stocks which I have never heard before could be the next hidden gems that are worth investing. These lesser-known stocks may have the potential to deliver strong returns.

Sometimes, I do love the process of uncovering these under-the-radar stocks before words gets out among the wider investor community.[undefined][undefined]

  • HuatEver HopeAlways : Go Confidently in the direction of your Dreams if you have done your due diligences and research of the company’s well.

  • Jamesim :

  • Jamesim : Will you invest in stocks that you haven't heard of? My answer is: yes. [undefined] Because not every company has listened to it, it's like a song 🎶🎵🎧 .  Never heard of it, but fell in love with this song after listening.  However, before that, you must check all the details of the company, the company's profile, the type of industry it belongs to, and the past transaction records.
