Built a meaningful position over last ~2 years with a very high cost yield thanks to riots and covid.
Merge is good as long as DPU up.. let’s see….
Many think that merge is no good. Maybe they should see which Mapletree reit YTD return is almost 20% 🤗🤗🤗
