$Lucid Group(LCID.US$ The huge volatility is mainly becos of the uncertainty of SEC investigation, it was exploited by the Wall Street experts to short using the fear. Nikola was fine $100mil+ so people are worried LCID may suffer same fate which is a huge amount to hinder the growth of a growing EV company. But my understanding is that nikola oversold its company ideas and plans, manipulating the market unnecessarily, causing the price to surge a lot. I can’t say if LCID will be fined or not but the management team is doing a very stable and steady job, delivering their promises EVERY SINGLE TIME, very diff style with nikola. Until the result is out, it will keep hovering around this range. But even if really fined by SEC I don’t think will fall much further becos price already fell a lot to prepare for the news yet will surge again if it is good news.
Some people like to sprout nonsense without giving any basis, claiming that it will continue to fall from its current price but the fact is LCID is already delivering its cars and expanding their factories for production which will boost profits come next year. We are well aware that it’s cars are of superb quality as mentioned by various neutral publishers, not to mention its super long range.
if we calm down and think about it, current valuable of $60+ bil is very reasonable for a EV with huge potential. There is a good reason why LCID was enlisted into S&P but not nikola. The team behind S&P is not a bunch of nitwits. if it’s super weak, would not had enlisted it within half a year of IPO. Come next report, it should cause another round of surge becos the actual figure of the sales wasn’t captured into previous report at all and next one will include also many more sales for these whole 3 months.
My suggestion is that those who are already holding it, just continue to hold until SEC result is out. Those not holding, just wait for the result to be released before you buy in. While someone sprouting nonsense will not affect the; direction of its price, it may cause retailers to panic and let go at a loss, which is highly irresponsible! Unless they provide evidence to back what they say. Even Rivian which is having more uncertainties (delay in production, FORD decided not to collaborate design etc) in its near future is still rising and valued much higher than LCID , we really should not worry much about LCID.
i know it is disappointing with its series of unfortunate news simultaneously but I strongly believe once SEC investigation is over, we should be safe until the next market crisis, which there is definitely no telling when it will happen but even if it happens before SEC result, with its current low price, it will fall much lesser than the others that are doing very well now becos LCID price is already at a very low. Any lower and it will be preproduction price (below $30) which is very unlikely. if so, buy as many as you can. Hahaha. So sit tight, the worst should be over (no promise though), just be patient and wait for the result. Happy New Year guys! Don’t worry about it! Go enjoy the last few days of 2021, looking back from next year you will be glad that you are into LCID.

Devilton OP XLEX : I’m also trapped. Hahaha. But that’s not the reason I’m telling people to hold of cos. If there’s no hope in LCID at all like fraud or financial problem, I’ll still advise to sell but LCID is still very strong, no need to panic at all. Thanks for reading my posts btw!
