Is the higher risks with stock at a higher price?

YES or NO. We must look at this question dialectically.
From a historical perspective, if company has solid fundamentals such as financial strengh, stable growth and etc, this company's stock with a higher price is not coming with a higher risk. As other mooer pointed out, BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY INC'S stock BRK/A is the most highest stock price of the world, it doesn't mean this stock with a higher price.
From the trading point view of entry of stock, sometimes, a higher price is coming with a higher risk. For example, a company's fundamentals has been changed, the whole trend is changing and etc..
